Hi all,
Finally the weather’s warmed up 
. I may be being optimistic, today I sorted my closet, put away my winter sweaters, & dug out my summer clothes.
I have a birthday next month, I’ll admit I don’t really feel like celebrating it, I’d rather just treat it like any other day, gladly I have a Tai chi class that day, no-one in my Tai chi class knows when my birthday is, so that helps, I can just focus on the movements, relax.
