Hello all,
Im Eliza, and I just wanted to share some of the things SUCF doing in sheffield to help those directly and indirectly affected by terminal illness.
Physical and social activities are being held throughout the week (online and in person), that you may find help brighten your day or ease your grief by being able to talk to others that have gone through similar to you.
