Take our survey on starting conversations about end-of-life wishes

Hello everyone,

Can you help us understand how people start conversations about their end-of-life wishes with those they love by completing this short survey?

Expressing your end-of-life wishes can feel emotionally challenging, but it’s also an important way to reduce worry, strengthen trust, and make sure values are honoured. We are collecting insights to help us create a resource that supports people in opening these conversations with compassion.

We may not use every answer in our final resource, but we will read and learn from them all.

We know talking about the end-of-life of you or someone you love can be tough emotionally, so please do only take the survey if you feel up to it right now :blue_heart:

Thank you,
Seaneen

I think people should have the right to dye when they like or if they are unwell seeing my mum suffer she said she wished she could dye before the end was close Cancer took away her right to do that
