I’ve known my mum was terminal for 6m but she’s gone down hill fast and suddenly it’s hit me
That we’re talking weeks. So sad at the change in her :(((

I understand, it is very difficult.
I am so pleased you have joined the online community though, there will be other people here on the community who will feel very similar to you.
Maybe you would find it easier sharing your thoughts here, rather than talking to some one face to face who you know…? A lot of people have found that it helps to write things down.
