Morning everyone yes it’s true this site definitely does help before you join these support group s you feel so alone and isolated but when you start chatting with people who are going to through the same emotions and feelings you don’t feel so alone. I appreciate all the support I’ve had since joining and I hope eventually the pain may start to. ease shellyanne XX
