The sun is shining and i have just had a wreath delivered to my door from someone where we live, not sure who as mark made a few friends from his regular walks with mia, i cant cope with this today but know i have to for his memory it is a private service and i have said with the people mark met they are welcome to come and we are doing a video link for his family and friends in essex. Iv done this once and it destroyed me and now a 2nd time. If there is a god he must hate me. Love and hugs to you all xx

I just wanted to say we all know how this feels and sending you all the hugs and love. At my lowest point I knew I had to put one foot in front of the other for our children’s sake and it was and continues to be the most difficult thing I can do. Please know that we are all thinking of you and wish you the strength to get through.
