I lost my Mum 2 weeks ago so the TV will be switched off that day, don’t need any more reminders of death/funerals etc

Agree this will affect all of us especially this this blanket covering on most TV channels. Literally I’ve been watching so much rubbish just to avoid the same old stories hashed and rehashed.

My sympathy goes out to anyone who has lost a family member but we have to think about ourselves and our own well being. So if it makes sense to you to avoid watching then do so - I’m sure it’s not treasonable (If there is such a word)

Much love to all
