Today at work was hard for me, now im home its even worse, i don’t think i will make it through this. Its killing me. We never had a day go by where we wasn’t together apart from you my partner was in hospital. Even now im crying

It is so very hard to try and get through each day without our loved ones. I wish it were different for you but getting up and going to work is a great achievement so give yourself some credit for that.
I’m sure your partner would have wanted you to live the rest of your life as well as you can do - but for the moment it’s just a case of going through the motions, feeling the pain and wading through the grief till it gets a bit easier.
And it will get less difficult I promise. Just hold on in there and keep going.
