I lost my wife 9 weeks ago, I am absolutely desolate without her, I have high anxiety and severe depression I have been to all NHS places for help and nothing seems to work. I really feel that I cannot go on.

Hello @Chris71,
I’m so sorry about your wife. I can hear the pain in your words. I’m glad you’ve reached out to the community and I hope you find it to be a support to you.
We know that a lot of people experience suicidal thoughts when they are grieving. We have a video about it here which you might find helpful:

You’ve mentioned that you’ve already been to NHS places for help. I’m sorry that nothing has seemed to work. But if you do feel that you might harm yourself or end your life, it’s an emergency and you need urgent support.
