Trauma and loss

Hi all, I lost my dad to cancer 6 months ago, has anyone experienced tension headaches/migraines after a loss? A big loss?
What do you do to relax? My headaches are not constant but come and go in the evening, not sure if I just need to drink more water.

So sorry for your loss. I’m not an expert, but I’ve read a lot about it since my partner died suddenly last year, and the basic advice is fresh air, exercise and healthy food. Along with activities to distract you. They have worked for me, so far as anything can. Certainly some more water might help, and thinking about what you eat and drink, eye strain etc, but it is always worth getting checked out.
