Just recently found my step dad of May years was found deadcat home .since his passing I am experiencing unexplainable feelings of shakes trembling and unknown and why

I’m so sorry to hear about your step dad. Most community members have sadly experienced the death of a loved one and so will understand some of what you are going through.

Hello so brave of you to reach out. Grief is a very personal thing. Not only do you experience emotional feelings but physical one as well. How you are feeling is normal.
You will feel like you on a rollercoaster of feelings.
