I’m part of the Online Community team and I can see that you are new to the community - I’d like to thank you for bravely starting this thread and sharing how you are feeling like you are unable to explain the emotions and feelings that you are experiencing. I’m so sorry to hear about your step dad. Most community members have sadly experienced the death of a loved one and so will understand some of what you are going through.

Hello so brave of you to reach out. Grief is a very personal thing. Not only do you experience emotional feelings but physical one as well. How you are feeling is normal.
You will feel like you on a rollercoaster of feelings.
Keep posting and asking from help as that is what this forum is for.
