I recently contacted solicitor dealing with my mum’s late estate I been informed by the solicitor that they have bank statements dating back 21 years regarding over payment of pension credit. Obviously the solicitor is dealing with this, absolute grave robbers. I wonder if they take the 3k in care home cost or the £470 mum was paying to the care company who visited mum 3 times a day, but hardly did anything but stare at their phones. People wonder why I’m not happy at the moment
Thanks to the DWP this is going to drag on for months.
