So this is another first and although my partner was not a romantic and he never really got involved with things like Valentine’s Day I am just finding the constant bombardment in the background so difficult. It’s like every time an advert comes on about valentine it’s just another reminder that he has gone. Even emails coming through from supermarkets are pushing their ‘valentine’ specials. Is it just me or is this getting to anyone else

Seems to be getting to quite a lot of people 
Whether you were big on valentine’s day or not, it’s now just another reminder of what once was and will never be again

Yes the emails about what are you doing are the most painful . I am working a lot this week to take my mind off it . We used to love Valentine’s Day
