Come on Mine is a curry from a bag with an apple cider. We don’t have to be spectacular. I do love stewed tomatoes also. Last month I grilled an canned sweet peppers and onion jam. Sending lots of nourishment.
I like roast beef with gravy it reminds me of my grandfather. Also I like reduced spinach with vinegar he grew the spinach. We will make a Feast in heaven for the ones who knew us
Ramen with chicken stock and scallions. Iced green tea. Vitamins.

Oxtail broth with a lemon infused olive oil is on the slow cooker, all from scratch and canned last year. We loved to make preserves. Slow sips all evening with deep breaths and open to gratitude. ![]()

Where I live you can buy Cole slaw shreds and I fry them with an egg instead also hashed potatoes you can buy them here.
Most of these will last awhile in the frig. Weeks. Until a reset is required.
Also I keep liquids from all cans. Either drink them or add them along.
Oh and a big batch of stewed tomatoes.

Made a grocery order of pasta salads, juices, cooked meats, and fruit in small portions and disposable cups I am behind on dishes!
Bites of wedge cheese and bites of a smoked salmon and stale bread right off, no cutlery straight up like a warrior. It was medium firm gouda with an aged rind and the salmon was smoked on hickory. Also an apple cider and an aspirin. A movie. A smile.
Yay! The beef broth and pasta veg salad is back in stock at the market. We had the Stupid Bowl and this is a tourist town so everything sold for a week. I have food and will use it when I can but this helps a lot.
