Why are these nights so long, i hate it the time just doesnt seem to be moving and head goes in to over drive

Yep - nights are hard. Just got to try get some sleep and stop the thoughts from spiralling.
Not sure exactly how to do that. I end up on my phone until Iām so tired I fall asleep.
Not the best way to manage it x

Like you Ron i scrawl through my phone until i falk asleep I even wake up with it along side me where i have nodded off. Xx

Thats exactly what i do, woke up with bedside light, hall light on and phone on floor. Actually felt like it was just a normal day this morning.but then i heard my grandson call me and reality kicked in.
Sad isnt it life is so awful
