I wasn’t sleeping either, but bought over the counter sleep aids from the chemist. You have to ask for them, they’re not on display and are brilliant. They say only use for 2weeks but tbh, I’ve been using 2months since i lost my Jimmy at the end of October. I’ve checked with the doctor though who have said they’re not addictive. Maybe give them a try x

Hello Sable, Thank you for your reply. I tried already sleeping pills, Kalms and I am also taking prescribed tablets but still cannot sleep properly. I am waking up at the time when Philmore was due to go to work (even on weekends). I tried milk with honey (something that had always worked for me in the past ) and Camomille tea, meditation, soothing music, and counting sheep, but nothing helps. I am fully awake as soon I lay down, even when I am exhausted. I know it will be better one day (or night) but it takes time. I am still waiting for counseling and hope (if I ever get an apppointment) that it might help me. Sending love and hugs.
