I am going through old emails from my Mum - who I lost almost 12 weeks ago.
She wrote this to me about grief:
“Grief blocks out everything, we can’t see beyond or around it but it can’t go away overnight. It will simply become easier to bear and the pain won’t be so intense.”
Hi, your mum had it right but oh the pain. We don’t talk about the pain and what it can do to us, I suppose it’s the British stif upper lip. Thank you so much for sharing. Sxx
