I have recently discovered the poems of Donna Ashworth. I find her words profound and enlightening. One that I would like to share with those coping with bereavement is this:

I find comfort in Winnie the Pooh

I also love Donna Ashworth. Judt bought her book on loss. Worth following on instagram.
Finding comfort in words is so important. Take care friend on your grief journey.

I love her work! Someone bought me her book “wild hope” when my mum passed and i have to say, its one of the most thoughtful things anyone did for me! @RobBeat08 I also just bought "Loss " this week.

Donna asworths poems are absolutely beautiful and very well written.they have given me so much comfort especially now when its coming up to a year since my gorgeous beautiful late wife sue took the next step of her journey on the 1st February last year
