Just goes to show how all over the place I am . Chris’s funeral isn’t this Monday coming but the following on the 13th July. Think am going mad!

Hi and sorry for your loss. No you’re not going mad. After I lost my partner suddenly, nine months ago I couldn’t remember anything unless I be wrote it down. I would have telephone conversations and not remember them the next day. I was overwhelmed by everything. It took a couple of months for the fog to begin clearing. Take care.

I read a post on here from peachesdixon, if you put her name in the search bar her posts will come up. She said, keep a tray somewhere handy put everything on it you need, phone, keys, notebook. Write everything down that’s important. There were lots of useful tips. Our brains just don’t work right at this time. Take care x
