Your own death

When we lose a loved one it forces us to look at our own mortality and to face the reality that we also have an expiry date on this planet. It teaches us to evaluate our lives, to look at what life actually means to us as individuals and to also realise life is precious and does not go on forever and that it is a natural process. It’s the cycle of life and the most important thing it teaches us is to value it, every second, every minute we have. The fear is what happens to us? but the question is none of us know but we have an inherent urgency to mark our time here and what that means to us
