Morning @Maz9
Everybody has a lot ifs , and should I have done this . You did the best you could at the time . So don’t blame yourself. It’s now 8 months since I lost my husband to a heart attack. When I got to the 6 month mark I hit a real stumbling block .things improve gradually, some days are better than others. Look after yourself . ![]()

Maz9,
I’m 16 months on this path. You have good days and bad days. It a emotional roller coaster. The what if is part of your journey, trust me I still think sometimes what if, I had done this or that, what did I miss ? We have to remember we did the best we could, with the knowledge we had at the time. We are not doctors or specialist. I know it’s easier said than done, but you are going through enough, without feeling guilty.
Take care.
