I’m sorry you’ve been having trouble navigating the Online Community. Here are some instructions to help you get started.
To read and reply to existing conversations:
● Go to our homepage
● Scroll down to read the titles of recent conversations. If you see one you can relate to, or you’d like to read more of, click on the title.
● You’ll be taken to the conversation. This is made up of the original post and any number of replies from other users.
● If you’d like to join in with a conversation, scroll to the bottom of the page, until you see the ‘Reply’ box. Type your reply in this box.
Click the button that says ‘reply’. Your reply will be published.
