there are some of us sad to say that this lockdown as not made an iota of difference.
I and probably several others are as heart broken as can be and I could not feel any worse.
as regards family and friends im ok on my own just keeping my self to myself.
only Jaynes company will do.but I try if possible to reach out and try show a little empathy and comfort to others especially if I think Ive an idea what they are going through.
that said I agree with quite a few on here that we cannot always be in the right frame of minds our selves to offer help.ive found Kates song thread as helped me.andalthough ive not got any thing to laugh or be happy about ive tried find a few funny clips for Daffys thread.any way im just say we all need to do what ever helps our selves,as we are all going through the mil as regards our emotional turmoil.thats my 2 cents for what its worth.sorry if any offence as been caused .
