Press reply and in the box that comes up theres two pink squares in the bottom right corner, click the one on the left and a list will come up, click library to see all your photos then select one, click done and then it should upload and then post as normal. Hope that makes sense

Tired to be honest I wasn’t too bad until I sat down n that’s when you start thinking n doing your own head in. I’m ok if I’m on the go and occupied it’s when I sit down as I say just wish I didn’t think so much xx
thing is you cant fill every moment can you. I tried reading in the bath the other day and thoughts kept shooting in. i thought reading would keep my mind occupied. x
