Morning all.
I’m getting ready for walk and talk this morning. It’s quite bright at the moment.
Sandra you did well with waffle. I think my best effort was three stars.
I’m having a bit of a wobble this morning but must get going or I’ll be late .

How is your hip this morning? My knee is a lot better than last 2 days. So far today back to managing in 2 sticks. Hope it lasts as the walker can get in the way.

Just had a shower and hairwash.
Its beautiful here, a bit chilly but really bright
I’m going to do my friends garden this morning.
Its just a trial to see how I get on.
If I get pain I stop.
Her garden is tiny, a small lawn and 2 small borders. Her soil is nice so that’s easy with my 3 prong thingy.
Then we’re out for lunch.
I hope everyone is ok this morning.

I have only been awake for a little while, I think I am awake 
,
Wishing everyone the best day possible.
So sorry that some are in pain and ill.
This is more than enough to deal with without extra problems and pressures.
My up and down day ended with me falling asleep after reheating a baked potato, cooking the gammon in my pressure cooker and also cooking cauliflower cheese. I thoroughly enjoyed it!!
I think the gin before cooking and 2 small glasses of wine during cooking, plus the food, aided my slumber 
I didn’t see the end of the programme I was watching so I will watch that today.
It also meant that I didn’t let Mr F in until 4 a.m. 
I think when that happens, he remembers when Tony was ill as Mr F spent a lot of time outside back then.
When he comes in, after a few hours out he seems to be looking to see if there is another cat in the house.
Mind you, he is always on the lookout for the cats across the road.
This is the cat bit of the road. In the four houses in this bit, there are 5 cats including Mr F.
One is an indoor cat so rarely see him.
The 4 outdoor cats really do not have anything to do with each other.
Two are Bengals and can be vociferous . Their owners certainly know when they want to be let in😀
The little girl who lives in that house lives the Bengals but s always excited to see Mr F.
Mrs F is in his usual place having eaten a rather large amount of biscuits after he came in.
I am trying to muster the energy to make my first mug of tea. Can you believe it, no tea yet???
Then the puzzles. By the sound of it, I need to try zizzy or a Welsh word with a y instead of vowels (sorry Cathy).
I think I can manage it to the kettle. So it will not be Ahhhhh, Bisto but Ahhhh tea.

The one on the right is the packet I remember from my childhood.
It contained powder and not cubes or granules.

Morning all
Had difficulty falling asleep. Still not feeling great so not meeting my friends for lunch which is disappointing. Haven’t sorted out my loo issue either. So really low.
