Liz. That for me is not a disturbed night. It is a very good night not to wake until 3a.m. It’s been a very long time since I went to bed and didn’t wake until after 5 a.m. the next day.

Have you heard badgers fighting? That’s pretty scary, too.

Had that cat moment yesterday
Unfortunately Mr F chose a pair of trousers draped over the sofa.
Have sponged the trousers and in the wash this morning.
I get half price electric for a few hours each Sunday.

Morning all. I’m getting ready for church probably food shop after. The sun is shining and it looks like a nice day.
Doreen sorry I missed your post last night. Thinking of you and sending hugs.
Sandra sorry you were in pain again last night. Hope you got back to sleep after. Do you go to bed quite early then?
Kathy I hope you feel better as the day goes on.
Linda glad Mr F was a good boy and let you have a lie in till 6 am . I have the same problem with connections too. Lots of American words and names that mean nothing to me.
Nigel although I’m not in the country we often have foxes here and they can make a lot of noise. Have a nice day with your daughter.
Liz expect you are off at church now. Hope you have a good day.

Yes, hair, buttons, salty snack units (none of which I’d ever heard of) and Swedish things.

Morning all,

Kathy and Lucy I don’t mind that you don’t get the American connections. I don’t do that game.

Doreen I thought of you early this morning about last night. Hugs to you.

I slept last night but not much better. Still congested and some headache. Feel really tired. But throat not as sore so guess that’s something. Really down. Supposed to be sunny but don’t care.

Nigel I remember you saying something about not focusing on the actual day etc. It makes sense to me now I’ve passed the 1 yr because every day I miss him. It feels like Iiss him more now. Of course I missed him every day in the first year but I think the numbness, planning funeral etc overrides it a bit more.

Siobhan

Ps thanks for those lighting candles today as I am not going to church.

Doreen your words

our wonderful but short 40 years together

really makes sense to me and I am sure to others.

Today, a memory popped up from a year ago,
I had worked out that Paul and I had been together for over 18,000 days.
So many days that seem to have passed too quickly.

I agree we should concentrate on the people who care.
Very wise advice.
I hope to day is less sad for you.

Live and hugs xx

Just played 1% club. Went out at 70% then answered everything else including 5%.
Typical. In fact thought 5% question was very easy and obvious.

Lovely weather here.
Mr F is relaxing in front of the front door.
Just watching the end of the Ladies London marathon.
The winner seemed to sprint to the finishing line!!

Slight change of plan. Now having roast tonight. Nicola has made a mistake and has packed the gravy but not my meal. It will now be arriving close to 5 p.m.
I will now have a snack.

I went out at 35% then got a couple more right, not the 1% though
Some of them were so easy. How did anyone go out on the first one?
