I’ve had a few good days this week. I had to go to hospital for X-ray and bloods today and it took me right back to being there with my husband. I’ve felt something brewing in the back of my mind on the good days. Something I tried not to focus on. Tonight I looked a a photo of my beloved and looking at a close up of his beautiful face made the tears start coming. The thought of not having him here again………well you all know.
I’m so sad. Not really in the swamp just really, really sad.
Pour me a large brandy Liz please, I need it.

Good evening one and all. Sorry some of you are in the swamp.today as been a really good day for me i got to spend the day with my beautiful 3 year old granddaughter. Lyn my fingers are crossed for you.

I am off for and early night, I didn’t sleep well last night, I think I was worrying about going to the dentist today I hope tomorrow sees everyone out of the swamp

Yes i remember those first few weeks I never thought I would eever laugh again.
Yes some days are still really bad. But there. Is some brightness in these dark days.

I remember when you first came on here and you were sure you couldn’t go on
You’ve come so far and done so well and now you are even finding some brightness in the dark days.
You will stil have down days but you will get back up and carry on
That’s what we have to do now.
