I put some food down for Tony and he wasn’t interested so of course I was thinking the worse. I am a worrier.
Then I thought I would try him with some strong tasting food, Salmon and something.
HE IS EATING!!!

You just sort of get used to it. The ibuprofen makes a small dent. I had to do more yesterday as my carer had to go for an emergency mammogram so missed my lunch time call plus the chiropodist moving my legs always causes some problems the following day.

I’ve been taking co-codamol for my sciatica, they do help but they also knock me out. So I’m only taking them when it’s really bad.

While dangling in the swamp last night, no tv no radio I was just sat talking to my wife and reminiscing past events,now I have downloaded over five hundred pictures on the Alexa and she randomly shows them,I was chatting how much fun we had had at a party in the garden one year and that exact pic popped up on screen,I am no expert but………

I only take co codamol when it is really bad. Probably take some Saturday night as they do help me sleep and that is going to be a long night with the clocks changing.
