Linda I am so sorry about Tony. You will miss him but you took good care of him right to the end. He was in deed a beautiful cat and I’m sure he’s with Paul now.

I guess there’s no easy way. I cried buckets when we lost our Jack Russell, Poppy. Still shed tears now when I think about her, after 5 years. They are part of the family and we’re bound to miss them so much. They give us unconditional love and to have to say goodbye is indeed heartbreaking.

I’ve only been on this site for couple of weeks but so sorry Linda to hear about Tony. I have 3 cats and they are what had kept me going since I lost my husband, so the pain of losing Tony on top of everything else must be unbearable. My thoughts are with you xxx

I have had my brother here today.
He is lovely and misses my Sam but he is not grieving as I am.
I don’t like to burden him as I know he doesn’t
really understand.
He doesn’t like to see me upset so I try not to

I am again dreading tonight at 10-30 the time of Sam’s death please please think my dear friends

I am so sorry for your loss. I know, it is so hard when they go. - I have lost my bother, 2 of my bothers cats and the mother cat Fluffy since December 2021. Only Tammy left now. She is 13 now and a real darling. I get a lot of cuddles virtually every day. She also sleeps on my bed.
Thirteen years ago, June 2011, a Maine Coon cat came to the front door of my brother’s house. Six days later, she gave birth to eight kittens in the spare room. The first borne sadly did not survive the birth because my brother could not get close enough to get the bladder off.
We gave away 4 of the kittens, one here in the village and three to a family about 20 miles away. (They had just lost their cat.)
I would have a lot of problems without Tammy still being here with me.
I hope that this post will cheer you up a bit.
