Afternoon Liz, I took a sleeping tablet last night and didn’t wake up until half 11, all the crying I did yesterday must have worn me out. The poor dogs just got put out into the back garden, they slept as long as I did.

Phew so glad it’s not covid,I am away out with family tonight for dinner so I hope that goes well,kids always a concern no matter their age.

It was very quiet this morning.
Every one seems a little perkier just now.I had a particularly bad sleep very restless and dreaming weird and disturbing stuff.
Any body else do that?
It’s lashing down here in Blyth so me and my little lavender won’t be going anywhere in this.
