I understand. It is so very hard when you feel down.
As you know I had this in the afternoon,
It changed early evening.
It is not always easy to tell yourself it will pass
It will pass, we have been so very low before and climbed out of this.

Morning everyone,it’s a balmy 4degrees in my neck of the woods,sheets of ice around so it’s anti-skid shoes and only semi-big coat today,let’s see if we can get through the day with no more bangs,bumps,scrapes and chopping off bits.

Morning all. Cold and frosty here too. Got text from my neighbour. One of my carers has hit the wall between our drives. It’s a weird height and at an angle. Been hit by Waitrose delivery driver, gardener and guests for both of us. Thinking about reflective strips and something on top before it takes more victims.

I am the opposite Jo,I have already put the bedding in to wash a friends coming around for a coffee,I am taking my baby sister to hospital for a scan,and then my grocery delivery will hopefully arrive.xxx

The forecast says 7 degrees but feels like 6 degrees.
No sign of the sun, hopefully it will turn up as I am nearly out of the swamp.
