Just thought I’d wish us all a peaceful day, or a busy hectic day whichever is your preference!
Have you done any dog grooming recently Suzanne? Do you not get a bit apprehensive of the dogs that might be unexpectedly timid or aggressive. I would be.
Glass fusion was a hobby, in fact she went to a class after her mum died and she started with bad anxiety. She was feeling very panicky on the last night of the course and I went with her and got bitten by the big too!
It is mainly a hobby but we have sold pieces and I will again, mainly to make space and raise a bit of money to buy more glass!
Thinking of going and doing some this afternoon after a food delivery. I think it may do me good
I’ve just given the cats some cat nip so they are all stoned now
Seem to be having a bit of a shocker today. Anxiety attacks and just wanting to close eyes and not wake up. I hate these scary, bleak moments. Just can’t get mum off my mind or thinking about the future
Hi Beki,
The cats being stoned comment made me laugh. Did you manage to get out to the caravan?
I hope you’re feeling a little better now but please vent away whenever you need to
Sending love, Nic xxx
I didn’t get into the craft caravan but my neighbour popped round with a couple of mini bottles of Prosecco so we sat outside and had those. It was nice to see her and helped
My body definitely seems to have this hellish pattern of waking up awful, very depressive and then starts to wear off by about 3pm.
Evening everyone. Had a fabulous time at the Car Man. Started off with an art exhibition at the Barbican then made it to South Kensington station in plenty of time to pick up my staff discount ticket and took my seat two rows from the front. The boss Sir Matthew Bourne sat 3 seats away and autographed my ticket and had a little chat with him .
The show was even better this time. Totally brilliant . Ashley 's dancing was sublime and so much action in the show it takes your breath away.
Anyway got to chat to Ashley when she came out afterwards although not so much as it was so busy. She personally signed my ticket which I thanked her for and we had another little chat again later.
Really good day !
Sending love to you all

I’m very impressed sitting near Matthew Bourne and getting his autograph. So pleased you got to talk to Ashley, she is very pretty. Sounds like a good day all round and you got through father’s Day.
Sending love Debbie x
Hi everyone, only just caught up with messages, had a busy day.
Didn’t start off to well my daughter put a photo in Facebook of her with her dad arm in arm as a teenager, no words but I felt the meaning. She didn’t go to her in laws for lunch, just her husband and the children went, she stayed at home doing college work then came to see me this afternoon. She misses her dad said that today had a strange feeling for her mixed emotions.
Will catch up more later, I’ve got behind with everything today.
Debbie X
Hi Debbie

Speak again soon
Sending love and best wishes

Hope you’ve felt better as I’ve just read you have had an awful time with anxiety. Sometimes, my mind will go off on a tangent and I get momentary flashes of the future and it’s not pretty. Still think I’m going to pick up my Mum from the hospital, it’s both sinking in and not sinking in.
I’m certainly intrigued by the glass, I may look it up online.
Thought I’d share some pictures before I go into a bit of a depression as I can’t do anything when I’m feeling down about things.
The pink climbing patio roses are the best they’ll get now I think. The unruly wild ones at the side need a trim. Christine would be impressed because I water these roses from the inside of the house. Just open the window with a watering can as they are growing directly beneath so that’s great when you don’t feel like being seen outdoors!
The petunias were a bargain buy at 30p from Asda for 3 packs from the clearance shelf.
The rose in the plant pot should have been £9.99 bought for £3.99 in a garden centre last week so another bargain. I think I’m getting carried away a bit.
Sometimes I get sad that Mum can’t see those roses/plants and I do think what am I doing this for. My brother doesn’t like me having them, my sister hasn’t called in over a month. It’s little things like that when the alone feeling rears its ugly head.
I’ve never even heard of Bad Batch…what’s it about? And have never heard of Concrete Plans either tbh x must start to catch up with you. The Boys isn’t for the faint hearted esp Butcher’s (Karl Urban’s character) colourful language lol x
Volunteering on Sat was good and I got to sit in the bird hides and look for people swimming where they shouldn’t be and also just get to sit and watch the birds. Luckily the last two chicks are thriving x
Up here we seem to be missing the extreme weather as it’s been hot but not nearly as bad as down South and I’m hearing about massive thunderstorms etc…we got three rumbles, no lightening…no rain and certainly no lovely rainbows/skies like Beki has been seeing…jealous lol x
I’ve been thinking of buying a small camper van but wouldn’t be able to afford the petrol even if I could afford the van so will keep looking out for a bargain.
Hope Creep lets you in to the garden today and will catch up with everyone after work x
