Yes she is dainty but perfect shape for a dancer. When sitting near the front you can see a bruises on the feet and legs from where their schedule is so punishing x

Iām not in the dog grooming until after my holiday so beginning of July and I have some big dogs in - Briard - so just have to deal with it lol x
Yeah even when knowing signs a dog could turn on you it still is a concern as some of them can literally snap without warning and apart from Border Collies and GSDs (they are the worst breeds) itās the wee dogs that you have to watch!!
Think itās a daily thing to be bitten and scratched x

Okay folks, get a load of this!
I keep asking for a bird sign from Mum. Saw a crow running up and down the road when i put the milk bottles out last night.
Brought the milk in at 1.30am. Went to bed. All three cats with me.
This morning about 8-9am ish, still in bed and am sure I can here movement downstairs. All three cats not bothered. To me it sounded like the outside door opening and closing, Mum walking about - I put it down to my over active imagination.
Come downstairs, the kitchen light is still on, so I think silly sod, left that on all night and switched it off and as i did there was flapping noises and I look up to find in my kitchenā¦
Poor thing is getting a bit stressed and I am thinking how the hell has a bird got into my kitchen - no open doors, no open windows, nothing has come down the living room chimney, I just canāt see anyway this bird has appeared in here - never happened before in 24 years of living here (actually the 24th anniversary of moving here yesterday)
I unlock and open the back door but she stays on the windowsill and then eventually perches on my special vase.
I pick the vase up and walk to the door She looks around and then flies off.
My face is still perplexed.
And how can their be a bird in my kitchen and none of the cats go and bother it. i mean I know they are indoor cats and never go out but they arenāt daft.
Well cleaning bird poo is a change to cat poo I suppose!

I keep asking for a sign and a bird sign!
And my friend who is interested in mediumship sent me a message the other day saying she āheardā for me ādonāt be afraid of tripping on broken paving or drowning in stormy seas when you can fly above itā
Had some really distressing dreams lately and I like to think this is a positive sign.
I am trying to feel it as that, hasnāt taken away any of my sadness or anxiety but it is a what if? Keep going, they are still here in their way and we will be with them again at the right time
But mind blown!

Hi Beki, love this too and itās the fact the cats didnāt bother to investigate. A good sign for you apart from the bird poo 
at least the cats stick to a litter tray X

Donāt know where the time seems to be going at the moment. Yet also seems to drag onā¦.

I know what you you mean Nic. Time drags forever and yet seems to be flying at the same time?!
One thing for sure it is definitely the longest day today being Soltice. Donāt know how it is with everyone else but it is very warm here and clear blue sky
Of course I am working so need to get into my study but will try to remember to take breaks and just stand outside and take some deep breaths.
It is the third day I think in a row K am at least dressed before noon - small wins!

Good evening to everyone.
Very warm , sunny day here for the longest day of the year . How are we all? Recent posts Iāve seen some ups and downs . Hope there will be more ups this week.
Finished my counselling yesterday . Just see how I go now. My counsellor said she can see a big difference in me from when I first started. I can have and will have bad days but they are becoming less . I do seem to feel better in myself the last few weeks and managing to smile and even laugh.Must keep the positivity going.
Got through Tuesday as I had an appointment to help with my work search now I have cranked it up a bit and think the time is right to start getting back into work. The place I went to was where I grew up and moved from there at 10 . Had a little wander round- the place has altered considerably but can still understand why we moved as itās certainly not a place I would live again. Sounding snobby there.
Tomorrow might be difficult as have nothing planned but my friend phones early evening which I always look forward to .

Glad to here you had a good Tuesday @NEILB72, I know its a tough day for you.
I am definitely going up and down like a hot air balloon in a storm! Seeing people yourself though start to move, ever so slightly, to a manner of coping is giving me hope which I need at the moment.
Actually think it is getting warmer here as the evening draws in!

I know what you mean about time, if I look to far ahead time seems to be standing still until my retirement date.
If I look back I canāt believe how quickly the last 15 months had gone, it feels as if Iām moving away from Doug too quickly.
I know he will always be with me in my heart, just like all your mumās are in your hearts.
Give yourself time, the jumble will clear and you will have brighter days.
