I also saw some reviews of the show and they were not good so another reason I didnt see it!
I’ve lost count of how many theatres I’ve been to. Out of the 40 West End venues there must only be about 4 or 5 I havent been to. Then there are loads of others outside the West End that I’ve been to so must be about 50 or 60 I’ve been to in total. Royal Opera House is my favourite and is like my second home .
Not had a bad day today

That is such a weird idea for your brother to be concerned about x my auntie and uncle were brother and sister and folk used to think they were married but they didn’t seem to care what people thought lol x

I only watched one season of Strictly and that was solely because Steve Backshall was on it…once he was booted I stopped watching in protest x

Our local theatre’s prices are an absolute joke tbh. Because it’s a long established listed building that has had a lot of famous people tread it’s boards over the year…myself included lol they charge premium prices and now are whining because people don’t go…,drop your prices then!
Another issue is that the re-furnished the old theatre ie Perth Theatre and it took like years to do (not for the better imo) they build another Arts centre and everything goes there now. Last person I saw there was Chris Packham lol x

I’m volunteering at the Loch tomorrow so should be good

Was it the actual Queen members with Paul Lambert fronting? I can’t exactly recall what you’d said. It must be nice to have something to look back on with all those shows and venues. Material items mean nothing compared to experiences, you’ve got the right idea!! x

Been bit of a rubbish few days, that breavement support group I went to seems to have opened alot of emotions and tears. At least I didn’t cry when Dave from Iceland brought my delivery, I might have scared him off. 
So glad this week is over tried to do too much not wanting to let anyone down and just feel exhausted.

No it was the musical We Will Rock You that was in the West End a few years ago . A musical based on the music of Queen . It’s on its final tour round the UK.
Got some more stuff booked in for the next few weeks that will keep me going until the dance season begins again !

And local theatres wonder why they are having financial problems. I know Covid struck but they need to have more ticket deals to get people back in there. Having said that We Will Rock You was sold out this weekend so some people are still paying top prices.
I’m at Madam Butterfly this Wednesday. I had some gay bearded Scots guy in my Instagram inbox yesterday and he was looking through my posts and said he’s going as well and we should meet up for shows in the future. I said I’m not that way inclined thank you ! I added him but if he keeps pestering me I’ll get rid of him. Insta is usually my happy place where I talk to my stagey friends so dont want him in boxing me constantly.

They need to stop blaming covid on everything imo x surely a lower ticket price for consistent bums on seats would be more cost effective long term than high prices for just weekend crowds…or is that just me?? x

Oh Neil that has made me laugh!!
Granddad has swept the driveway, side of the house and the patio. And now he’s pressure washed it all!!
I’ve done some pruning and weeding but will have to make sure I make him an extra special tea tonight!
