It is easier to be in work but some days I just can’t face it, it’s to hard to be nice and happy when all you want to do is cry x

I am like you, Peter did all the cleaning in the house when he was still well.
I am keeping the house clean as he always kept everything nice & tidy. That was his pride. I only did ironing as he didn’t like ironing.

You get it out of your system that’s what we’re here for, I keep thinking about the holidays me and Sammy have had over the last couple of years, it makes me smile but also makes me cry knowing I will never go on one with her again

I am trying to do things on my own as I need to learn how to do them now as Peter was doing all of the gardening x

Im ok, been out in the car to the post office, had a cry this morning but at the moment im doing ok.
Wait to see what happens later, it hits worse in the evening when im on my own, I miss talking to him about my day, started crying now. I could use one of his hugs x
