I am losing it i am coming off this for a minute or 2 x
How are you doing today, this morning I have been to A and E for my ear, have been given antibiotics. Went to Tesco for something to do and got my car washed while I was there.
Now I am starting to go downhill, but its Saturday and getting to that time of night again.

I’m not too bad . Yes Saturday. I just say the date now. It helps. I don’t feel like it but I’m going out tonight. Paint the smile on ready for an oscar performance. I’m slowly but steady moving forward. I have to realise that no matter what I can’t change the past of what has happened. So I must try.keep chin up love the best you can. Xx

Today my life is crap simple as that when i lost my wife , i see no-one, no phone call.no text. It is like i do not exist anymore family what famly they do not care about me .it was all about my maria.they do not care about in laws xxx
