Hi @Mitzi1 You’ve described how I’m feeling. My husband died unexpectedly in his sleep in March 2025. I’m continually torturing myself about missing health signs. My heart aches for him every day and the world seems to be a glass box that separates me from him.

Your words echo my feelings, I too found my husband too late, the guilt is enormous, every day I berate myself to the point of hating me as a person. Why didn’t I save him?
I feel that I should be punished, but when you think about it, I am. I have to live without him, and the grief is insurmountable .
