I suppose today will be a weepy one for me. I was choking tears back at 3am so now face on and face the day…albeit with a headache.

I have been really really struggling I come home from work yesterday and went straight to bed I have not managed to get out of bed yet I am feeling really low sad missing my wife I know everyone is going through a bit of a time with it but to be honest bi really feel so weak enough about me I am going in sorry hope everyone who is on this site have a peaceful new year look after yourselves

Thinking of you. Yes, yesterday was a horrible evening for me too. No friends free or family near me. I don’t think anyone realises that we are just on our own at these “celebrations” like New Year. I hope you feel better today. I have managed some clearing up, but nothing more yet.

Thank you so much for thinking of me I had a really bad day yesterday I felt I was back to the start I was hysterical crying and just wishing I was with my beautiful wife I miss her so so much I have struggled today getting out of bed only just got up for a cup of tea and toast I don’t ha e any friends or family and it is so hard this loneliness and emptiness please take care

I really hope you can have a better 2026.
It is so hard but we need to try and live. Our soul mates will be with us in whatever we do and always there no matter what. They will never leave us even when we are living without them. They will support us always and never judge for the life we are making without them.

She will help you and is helping you but we have to combine that with helping ourselves which is really hard as you dont always feel.like doing it. You have made it this far and thats with her guidance and help.
