I know exactly how you feel, I lost my husband of 44 years on 28th of May. At first I couldnā€™t face going to bed, then when I did I couldnā€™t face washing the sheets, I know that sounds gross but he was still on them. I have started to do things but itā€™s hard.
I think you just have to work through every day as it comes. I still have to go in the bedroom when I get in from work, it used to be to check on him and make sure he was ok. I go in and turn on the bedside light and the tv just so when I go to bed it doesnā€™t seem so cold and lonely. I say goodnight and I love you to him every night. I hope you feel better soon Iā€™m sure our loved ones would want us to.
