My sister passed away from a seizure end of March 2024. She was only 25. I am struggling with the loss of her, it is immense. Would be good to connect with others who have experienced the same loss as I am finding it to be a very isolating and lonely journey to navigate.

@Errwallis I am so sorry for your loss . I lost my sister when she was 29 . Its a rollercosater of emotions and no right or wrong way to grief. You do what you have to do to help get yourself through the days. If you want to talk more please pop me a message take care
