I lost my nan a week ago to dementia after caring for her for 5 years. We did everything together and she was my rock. I never thought it wud happen. I’ve done a lot of grieving throughout the last year as her dementia got worse. I’m just stuck missing her and want to give her a big cuddle and see the smile when she saw I was around.
