I’m also male and yes we struggle too, my partner was my world and the person i turned too and got strenght from, i’m just trying to ride with the emotions as its a bundle of all sorts from crying, anger, confusion and shock. Sorry i dont have answers as i’m not sure i ever will all i can say is stay safe and be kind to yourself

Thank you both. I have her old white fluffy top that she wore if cold. I need to change bedding but I don’t want to remove her. I do hold her pillow. It’s nice but sad to have another male. Didn’t know I could cry that much every day.
