Last post of the night hoping for four hours sleep tonight getting better, but still difficult. X I wish everyone a restful night and thank you all for your posts and kindness it is very comforting to know that others out there know the compounded loneliness that I feel at night and can u understand it. Morning all, like to say I achieved the four hours I would be lying due to a very poorly little dog (vets this morning) it was an eventful night! Between the dog and the workmen (I had a flood never rains but it pours sorry couldnât resist the pun) I will get no rest today but hopefully that will make me so tired I will get a good sleep tonight. Anyway good morning to all 
Going to be positive today I have decided but I have to get out of the house mood may change when reality kicks in!

good morning, another night of broken sleep but improving. had a wobble yesterday that threw me off kilter for a time. however I regained my 'balance '. another busy day to keep me active and focused. it has taken several month to get to where I am and it is a lovely idea to pop onto this thread to wish you, Silverlady and everyone else a good morning on what is a very wet Thursday here.
truly hope today is an improvement on yesterday and tomorrow is an improvement on today

Wobbles I think are a big part for this journey we are on, hey ho bit like high heels on cobbles, strutting along head held high bam next minute in your ass, we get up hope no one noticed and carry on trotting by lol, dry here at the moment, windows open I have men rendering my walls inside so think its going to be bloody cold for me, thank god for work ( trip to the vets first) so either busy day at work or smelly fatty dog and strange men for company, what a day lol

Hi and good morning to all. This is my third attempt to get this message out. First laptop shut down, batter gone, then I couldnât get into SR forum, so third time lucky.
I donât usually open laptop this early as dogs demand my attention and their walk. But they havenât got up yet, still in bed upstairs, lazy pair.
Good day forecast down south so hopefully a busy day on the allotment.
Your day sounds as if it could be a bit hectic so all the best. You should be so lucky all those men for company.

The men are erm not distracting in the least lol hubby used to say just because you have ordered you can still look at the menu dear and you have steak why have mince lol) yes one way or another itâs going to be an interesting day! MM, I am now seriously worried about you. I echo Silverlady. Yuk, McDonalds burgers for breakfast!!! This is not good. I am all for healthy eating and would never darken the steps of McDonalds or similar but wonât get on my soapbox and lecture you. YET. Pat xxx
Lol MM youâve been told ! Nite guys my poor baby (dog) is still ill, been vomiting vet said to starve her so cuddling and a long night I think, not as if I am sleeping so not so bad. Sleep well. Xx

Good morning / good evening well I was surprised I slept 5hours a record yeah!!! Little dog picked up a toy this morning so feeling hopeful that she is on the mend. Yeah itâs a Friday and the builder has put up a wall in the house yeah only a few more to go,yeeeah? I am beginning to appreciate the weekends again!
good morning, was shattered last night, only just managed my regular late evening chat with my friend, wasnât my usual chattering self, just very tired. of course that was a good thing, helped me get a decent enough sleep so not grumbling. woke a couple of times so nothing unusual there,
Ada, my pug, is still snoring her little head off downstairs, sheâs been sleeping upstairs of late but was a little too warm for her these past few nights having had the heating on to take the chill off the rooms but sheâs fine wherever she rests her little head.
another busy day ahead, itâs taken such a long time to get my mind into work mode but Iâm not pushing myself, still taking it one day at a time and this way I am achieving as much as I am capable of for the present.
so hereâs to another successful day. all things being equal and discounting the heavy downpours, it could be 'positive Friday â

Greetings from the Isle of Wight. Sorry your having a bad day we all understand and know what thatâs like. Was busy this morning with the morning dog walk. Poured with rain all day so a total waste of a day for me but canât grumble weâve had rain in the evenings this week and the days have been sunny and warm. Dogs and me got soaked this morning and they didnât speak to me the rest of the day and put themselves to bed until feed time and late afternoon walk.
Did a morning workout and then listened to Brian singing. Joined in and sang with him but as usual I became upset, itâs tough listening to him. Iâm off to bed soon so goodnight to all you good people.

Morning feel very foggy head this morning think a stressful day makes you feel like you have run a marathon and have an almighty hangover ( I donât drink lol ) anyway another day another dollar. Busy day ahead for me , we had a flood before hubby died the plasterers are working hard to give me rooms for Xmas so a cold day ahead every window open lol.
