I’m so sorry that it feels like you’re struggling to find other people who understand your experience, and that other couples and families are too busy.
There are many people here who will be able to relate to how you’re feeling, such as this recent thread which I can see that you’ve posted on.
I’m sure others will be along to offer their support, but I just wanted to let you know that you have been heard and you are not alone.
