I nearly sank a gondola in Venice once. Husband booked the trip even though he knew I hated boats. Can just about make it across the channel on a calm day. Once in place we always went eurotunnel.

Donât worry Sandra, you are still coming on board. We will lash you to the pointy end at the front of the boat. You can be the figurehead, you will be quite safe and if you are sick it will just go in the water.

Can it be a big boat ? I can bring paddle boards and bikes for folk to use.
