It will be hard, but you will get through. My husband has had 2 birthdays so far and him not being here, his 55 and 56. I cried the whole day. Big hugs to you x

It does, we grow around our pain and we are able to manage ourselves and our days better. The pain is always there but you can eventually manage a smile and partially mean it. Right now you will still be extremely raw, exhausted, confused, sad, angry, the list of emotions altogether is endless and you cannot pin point them, you will just feel completely overwhelmed. It does become lighter, I wonā€™t say easier, but lighter. Do you have anyone you can talk to at home? Who you can let out your thoughts and emotions x

Not really my son is 18 I donā€™t want to burden him. I just told my dad recently I have Ms. I kept it from him. I just donā€™t want to upset or burden anyone.
