Here I am awake at 1am as usual. It was 4am before I got to sleep last night. Anyone else find sleeping difficult? I’m like a zombie at work with so little sleep but can’t seem to switch off from grieving at night.


Hi @Littlewhitebird, I have been using guided meditations for sleeping on YouTube which seems to help, provides focusing on breathing and a distraction from thoughts that might keep you awake, etc, so might be worth a try
BTW I currently 6 hours ahead of UK time…
