You don’t realise until you get away from it all just how much grief weighs you down and we all deserve a break from it to recharge ourselves
Cruising is fantastic, lots to do, you meet loads of people and it’s so much fun. We went to Turkey, Cyprus and Greece
Hi Deb
Glad you missed me lol
I never looked on my phone the whole week I was away and it was so good just chatting to people in person. Hope you are ok Lyn
Wow looks amazing, you are so right when you say it recharges you when away from everything that makes you sad. The pictures look fantastic. Get your next holiday booked so you have something to focus on
X
I know … she gonna have everybody going with her isnt she ? Lol Bet it costs a bit though but worth it after what we all been through xx
No way I could afford a holiday, finances will not be good now
Sorry I’m meant which cruise line
I’m going on a Saga cruise to the Norwegian Fjords. I had booked to go with my mum but she unfortunately died in January so going on my own. x
If I didn’t have my two little dogs, who couldn’t come, I’d be joining you lot on these cruises.
I went to the Norwegian Fjords a couple of years ago with my wife on P&O. It is so beautiful with stunning scenery, I’m sure you will have a nice time.
I’ve thought about doing the Norwegian fjords.
You’ll have to put some pics on here
I hope you have a lovely time. Make sure you take lots of pictures. I need to get next year sorted, but I need to book my dog in Kennels as well.
I have to book my dog in Kennels to go away but its worth it as he loves the one he goes to and spends most of the day outside playing.
I am doing the Norwegian Ffords in October too can’t wait
My husband was Norwegian so we went several times to Norway but on the Hurtigarten boat which takes the locals into various fyords. I found it very cold as well and very expensive but Beautiful. I don’t think I’ll be going back to Norway to many memories but have fun. It’s Beautiful scenery.
Oh wow ! I would love to do that !! Xx
OMG looks fantastic! Never thought it would feel safe going solo on a cruise so this sounds encouraging! Thank you for sharing!
It’s absolutely the only way I would go solo as you are never alone unless you want to be. The ship I was on had 7 restaurants and 9 bars, an Escape Room, Gym, Casino, BBQ night, Broadway shows, mini golf, Spa, hairdressers the lot. There is nothing to dislike and it was so much fun, the earliest night I went to bed was 2am lol…I was fortunate I went with a friend and going to the Ffords one in Oct with another friend but if I had to would definitely go solo
I always book my 2 cats into their holiday cattery before I book my own holidays just to make sure they have space. xx
