I am thinking wouldn’t it be lovely to share our love/life stories. Before it all became hard. The happy memories. I find it really uplifting to read.

I am hoping everyone that wants to tell their love/life stories and wants to share will do so.

Hi there, I haven’t seen the other thread but it’s a great idea to talk about how we met our partners. George and I worked together in the same NHS hospital unit, he was an anaesthetist and I a nurse in ICU. We began seeing each other in 1987 after I invited him over for coffee. I thought nothing ventured nothing gained. I didn’t expect us to last as he was planning returning to Cyprus. After three years he moved to Poole which was a 400 mile trip for us. Somehow we endured and he returned …
