Hi Charyll and how are you?, we are all in the same boat and all support each other, we have all been through hell with our mums or dads and the experience has made us all grow up and realise what matters and what doesn’t, grief and adversity are the ultimate teachers in life, and what doesn’t destroy you makes you stronger and for many of us it is are first real bereavement ware our worlds have fallen apart and changed irredeemably, you have seen how we support each other, much of it is general chat, ideas, what we are doing, etc, just a network that reminds its users they are not alone, its a frendly and supportive place and is an on line community.
Hi tim just the same really
Made plans ti gi.back ti the support groups in january one step at a time
Its nice that everybody is supporting each other everyone understands what your going through
Hi Charyll, a problem shared is a problem halved(but personally I like to find answers) your mother walks in spirit with you every day, you should go to a medium as I have done, it was an eye opener both for me and my Niece who had been in before me.

It really lingers on doesn’t it ! I am really prone to sinus infections so just hope it’s not turned to that . How are you this week ? Xx
Good morning Tim . What’s on the agenda today ? X
Good evening Laura and how are you tonight?, don’t suppose you have been on the allotment much if your weather is the same as Grange?,
Done a bit more work on the snug I am building at the back of the lounge, also a bit of shopping, customer told me a clock has stopped and I met my nabour in the Spar shop in Grange, worked on a clock in my clock room and made a dental appointment for a missing filling, fortunately they can fit me in before christmas on friday so I should be able to enjoy the turkey my niece is giving me on Christmas day(my sis in law, Niece, and her children are know my family and I am officially the ‘Uncle Albert’ (during the war!!!)
As for Christmas, while not bothering with decorations at home I intend to make the best of it as I am sure we all will, our departed loved ones would expect that of us, and for us to carry on.
Hope you have not got a sinus infection, there is plenty of infection going the rounds at the moment, if NOT driving and going out to parties have a hot toddy made from milk and whisky, it will give you some protection.
Blessings to all.

Hi I have been to the allotment today and got some Brussels for family for their Christmas dinners and also some bunches of herbs .
What is a snug ? Like a living room ?
Weather in Derbyshire isn’t great and wind is starting to pick up here
Xx
WOW!! Laura thats grate, you grow your own brussel sprouts?. your dad will be proud off you.
A snug, is usually a small cosy place well protected from the weather and cold, often a lounge within a lounge intended to keep out drafts etc. (reminds me I must draft proof the floor!)
Darbyshire is a lovely aera, peek district national park ware they filmed peek practice, you are so lucky to live there, I suspect you live in a rural area.
Wind picking up hear too.

Well actually Tim - my Dad grew all
Of this veg and set it all at the beginning of the year . He died suddenly in the Summer - I could not let any of it go to waste . We have eaten potatoes , leeks , broccoli, cauliflower, beans . Sweetcorn and beetroot and raspberries all year - its been lovely . All that he planted and worked hard for .
I will certainly set more though for next year . I will do my best and his friends will help me .
Glad to know what a snug is .
Yes I live in the sticks near Matlock and Bakewell if you know those . Peak practise was filmed near by . Crich I think ?
Love to all
Xx
Had a holiday once in Matlock, me and my demised family (twin brother not there) took a self catering holiday there for a week, about 30 years ago!!
Love to all.
